Here is a step-by-step guide to help you use our online purchase service.

Step 1 - Submit Order

When you click on the "Add To Basket" button a panel will appear offering you the option of either to continue shopping ("Continue") or being taken to the basket ("Basket"). If you choose to proceed to the basket, you will be taken to a page where your record (digital and/or physical) title(s) and other merchandise items, quantity and total price will be shown. You will be given four options:

• update the quantity of each item in your basket
• remove an item from your basket
• redeem a coupon
• proceed to checkout

You will also be able to go back to the store or other parts of the website via the main menu tabs.

Step 2 - Customer Login / Billing Information (if not previously registered or logged in)

If you have not previously registered with the website, or have not yet logged in as a previously registered user, selecting the "Proceed to Checkout" button will take you to a page giving you the option of logging onto the website (as a previously registered user), asking for a password reminder if needed, or registering with the website and providing your billing information if you are a new user.

Minimum information required for registration is:

1. Email
2. Username
3. Password
4. First Name
5. Last Name
6. Address
7. City
8. Zip/Postal Code
9. Country
10. Phone

Once registered your login details will be sent to the email address you provided, and you will be taken to the next step in the checkout process.

Step 3 - Shipment Methods

Digital products do not require shipping and if only digital products are purchased this step will not be present in the checkout process. If purchased together with physical products they will not affect the delivery rate for the physical products and the download link(s) will be provided to you straight after payment has been processed for these digital products.

If you intend to purchase only physical goods (CD / LP /other physical formats / apparel) or a mixture of physical goods and digital downloads, you will be taken to a page where you will be given the option of choosing a shipment method.

Once chosen, you may click on the button "Next" to choose your payment method.

Step 4 - Payment Method

After pressing the "Next" button, you will be taken to the page where you will be able to choose a payment method. RareNoiseRecords currently only offers payments via PayPal - different forms of payment will be offered in future when deemed satisfactory.

Once chosen, you may click on the button "Next".

Step 5 - Complete Order

After pressing "Next", you will be taken to the final conformation page where you will be asked to review and confirm the order, agree to the Terms of Service and given the opportunity to leave a comment for your order (such as special delivery requirements etc).

You will also be presented with the RareNoiseRecords' return policy statement.

By agreeing to the Terms Of Service and clicking on the "Confirm Order" button, you will be taken to the PayPal website to provide payment.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the avoidance of doubt, let it be noted that providing order confirmation and NOT providing payment via PayPal (for example by navigating away from the PayPal page) will result in a CONFIRMATION email being sent to your provided email address with an order status of "PENDING".

You will still, at that point, finalize the order by clicking on the link at the bottom of the email (titled: "View the order by following the link below") - this will take you back to the "Account Maintenance" section of the RareNoiseRecords Store, where you may edit your account information, delivery information, view executed orders and pending orders. Viewing a pending order will provide you with a link back to PayPal to complete the order.
